Jim Bartlett

Jim Bartlett joined BAC in March 2026.  Professionally, he helps business owners be more successful by matching talented financial professionals (CFOs) with business owners facing financial and operational challenges in their business.  He has personal experience as a small business owner, is a graduation of the U.S. Naval Academy, and earned his M.B.A. at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
