Walt Avdey joined BAC in January of  2026.  He brings to our clients 38 years of global professional audit, business, operations, and governance experience.  Walt has significant experience working with high growth private companies across a wide range of industries. He has extensive experience interacting with public and private company boards of directors and C-suite executives on audit matters, including internal controls over financial reporting, inventory, income taxes, cybersecurity, information technology and business combinations.
