The Commitment

What Volunteering with BAC Looks Like

BAC membership is designed to fit around your life, not the other way around.

01

Team-Based Advising

You work as part of a three-member team assigned to each client. Sessions are collaborative, so no single adviser carries the full load.

02

Flexible Schedule

Sessions are typically scheduled at a time that works for the team. There is no rigid weekly requirement, and you engage at a pace that fits your life.

03

Annual Membership Contribution

BAC's suggested annual contribution is $450. Members also sign a Code of Ethics and a Conflict of Interest policy to protect clients and the organization.

Why Jim LeMay Volunteers with BAC

Jim LeMay, former Corporate Development Lead at Omnova Solutions, BAC volunteer adviser

The team approach is what makes BAC unique. When you bring three experienced executives together around one business challenge, you get perspectives that no single adviser could provide alone. That is what makes this work so rewarding.
