Who We Serve
Built for Every Stage of Business
Starting a Business or Nonprofit
If you are starting a business or nonprofit, or considering buying one, BAC will help you assess your personal and professional readiness. Starting or buying a business is a major decision. Most entrepreneurs find it invaluable to have a source of unbiased advice and support.
- Evaluate your business idea systematically: strengths, weaknesses, and realistic chance of success
- Build a solid business plan, legal structure, and operational foundation
- Understand what banks, accountants, attorneys, suppliers, and customers will expect from you
Growing or Fixing an Existing Business
If you have an existing business facing challenges, BAC offers a dispassionate sounding board to explore your options. Our advisers have seen it all, from financial and personnel challenges to marketing and operational issues, and can offer practical, experience-based perspective.
- Explore a full range of options without someone trying to sell you something
- Get a common-sense perspective from advisers who have faced the same challenges
- Improve your business judgment with counsel from leaders who have been there
The BAC Difference
A Team of Three. Just for You.
What makes BAC unique is the team approach. Every client is matched with three experienced business professionals, bringing a range of viewpoints that uncover hidden dimensions of every problem.
Three Perspectives
Your advisory team brings diverse backgrounds across finance, operations, marketing, and more, ensuring no angle goes unconsidered.
No Conflicts of Interest
Your BAC team serves as a free board of advisers with zero conflicts. They are not selling you anything, investing in your business, or managing it.
Long-Term Relationship
Clients are encouraged to schedule follow-up sessions at no cost. Qualified clients can apply to the Mentoring Program for ongoing, focused support.

The advisers at BAC were absolutely instrumental in the purchase of our bakery. They helped us in all aspects of the purchase process, from determining a value on the existing establishment to negotiations with the seller. We really couldn't have done it without them!
