Grace Ann serves as Executive Director of BAC with experience in nonprofit leadership, large corporations, trade associations, and international consulting. She holds a BA in International Relations from Michigan State University, and an MBA from the University of Maryland.

Robert holds a BS in Chemical Engineering (Penn State) and Masters (Virginia Tech). Career spanning Sun Oil, Ethyl Corporation, and Lubrizol. Managed North American businesses and became general manager of global oil operations at Lubrizol before retiring in 2004.
